Today we’re celebrating two years of Vanessa keeping Collier Title organized, color‑coded, and running smoother than one of her famous spreadsheets. 🎉

If there’s a process, she’s improved it. And if there’s a spreadsheet… she’s already made three versions and shared them with us before we even asked.

We’re so grateful for everything she does behind the scenes — from keeping our social media sharp, to prepping documents, jumping in to assist in closings when needed, to keeping the rest of us in line with her “don’t worry, I already made a spreadsheet and a process for that” magic.

🏈✨ And just like that… The League of Closing Day Champions is officially underway!

What started as an idea to bring some amazing women together for a little football, a lot of fun, and some friendly competition turned into THREE leagues and 30 women for our inaugural season! 🏆

Draft Nights are officially in the books, the teams are set, and the trash talk has already begun. 😂

We can’t wait to see who earns the title of our very first Closing Day Champions!

Here’s to new leagues, new friendships, and one epic season. 💚🏈
