Our Second HALLOWEEN Balcony Contest is happening again this month!!

We are so excited to see what everyone comes up with this year, Staff voting will take place Monday October the 31st.

First place winner get $100 credit off their rent
and Second Place winners will get a spooky theme basket!

July 21- Aug 20 We will be taking donations for the School Supply Drive. Please bring receipt with you when you come to the office, so that we can give you rent credit. $25= $50, $50= $75, $75=$100. Drop off location will be Re*****on Station - 220 Ridgecrest Drive.

Aug 19- Hawaiian Shirt Day. Please stop by the office in your favorite hawaiian shirt and take a picture with the front office staff!

Aug 31- National Dog Day. Stop by the pool area and pick up a hot dog, or bring your dog by for a treat!
Reminder!!! ALWAYS PICK UP AFTER YOUR ANIMAL! The fees have been posted next to your fine. 4th time, your lease can be voided.

It's Back to School time! We are accepting all donations for school supplies! We will give our residents a rent credit, with receipt of purchase! $25-$100! Let's help our kids go back to school prepared for this year!

In case you didn't get the email with your July Newsletter- here it is!

Will we have the Pool Party at Windsor since we had pump problems with the pool and had to drain it! You guys are more than welcome to use Windsor Point pool for the rest of the summer. We are sorry for the trouble. You are more than welcome to bring a side if you would like. We will be serving hot dogs and ice cream!

Garden will be planted at Re*****on Station. We are asking if you spend at least $35, you will get the amount to the side back in rent!
Any type of plant, flower, tree, or veggie you would like to bring!
