Some transactions are about buying and selling real estate… and then there are the ones that turn into so much more.

I’ve had the privilege of closing another deal with these amazing clients, and somewhere along the way, they’ve become more like family. That’s one of my favorite parts of this business the relationships that continue long after we leave the closing table. 🥹❤️

🏡🐶 A house just feels more like HOME when there’s a dog waiting for you inside… or in my case, THREE inside dogs running the place! 😂❤️

Happy National Dog Day to my three four-legged roommates who are convinced this is actually THEIR house and I’m just lucky enough to live here. 🤣🐾

They greet me like I’ve been gone for three years when it’s really only been 20 minutes, follow me from room to room like I might disappear, somehow know the exact second a snack comes out, and have absolutely NO concept of personal space. 😂

Between the dog hair, barking, toys everywhere, begging for bites, stealing the best spots on the couch, and three sets of eyes watching my every move… there is definitely never a dull moment at my house!

But I wouldn’t change it for anything. ❤️ They’re there for the good days, the crazy days, the long days, and everything in between. They’re family, and they make our house feel like HOME. 🏡🐶🐶🐶

So today my three inside babies might get an extra treat… although let’s be real, they’re spoiled every day anyway. 😂

Getting to help a dear friend of mine and his kiddos get one step closer to their NEW HOME is pretty special! Seeing how excited and STOKED they are makes all the phone calls, paperwork, showings, and everything in between completely worth it.
