Great presentation today from Kevin Oto. Is there is any doubt that buying is better than renting a home right now? Just ask about the benefits. Generally over 10 years you would make a net gain of $387k on a home that costs $450k. Or you could pay rent so the landlord can make $387k 🤷‍♂️ Obviously this isn’t always what happens, but even if you make $250k it’s more than what you would make renting for 10 years.
