Another busy week helping my Buyers get their Dream Home with Taylor Morrison! My clients needed to upgrade their home to accommodate their aging Mother from the Bay, and after looking at several homes & New Home Builders, we settled on the Zale Model with an In-Law suite downstairs. Props to by Lender, Daniel Kwon @ Rocket Mortgage for helping her get a Bridge Loan option to help them Buy Before they Sell with No Home Sale Contingency!!! 🫶🙌🫶

Not all Realtors are created equal... and having decades of Mortgage experience under my belt came into play to help get this deal closed. Against my advice, they opted to go with an out of state lender that their parents used to refinance a couple of times. I told them that Purchase Loans are totally different ball game, and that having a trusted Lender that can CLOSE ON TIME is crucial. In the last week before closing, we kept getting delays and excuses from their loan officer, so I picked up the phone and called their Wholesale Lender/Investor EVERY DAY to ensure we got the clear to close, loan docs, and FUNDED! This was a nice walk down amnesia lane, and was a solid reminder WHY I left the Mortgage Biz to be a Realtor... 😂😆😂

Helped my Seller get $15k Over List price, as we navigated 5 offers in the first week on the market. This one was a tricky as we needed a Concurrent Close with our Replacement Home, and strict timelines were crucial in making sure that we could CLOSE on BOTH HOMES, have MOVERS IN & OUT, and have the House CLEANED ALL in the SAME DAY!!! 😲🙏😲
