Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers and women who spend so much of their lives caring for everyone else. 💐 Sometimes self-care isn’t about anything extravagant — it’s simply about finding the little things that bring you genuine joy and peace.

For me, cherry picking is one of my favorite times of the year. 🍒 Living near so many farm stands, I’ve learned to slow down, enjoy the experience, and appreciate the beauty in being intentional about where I go and what I choose. There’s something therapeutic about being outside, soaking in the fresh air, and taking time to enjoy a simple moment.

As mothers and women, we often carry so much on our shoulders that we forget how important it is to pour back into ourselves too. Finding those moments of joy — no matter how small — matters. Whether it’s cherry picking, a quiet walk, a cup of tea, music, prayer, laughter, or simply resting, I hope today reminds every mother that you deserve care, happiness, and beautiful moments too. ❤️

Cherry picking is one of my favorite times of the year. Living near so many farm stands, I’ve learned that not all cherries — or experiences — are created equal. I’m selective about where I go because I appreciate quality, care, and finding the right fit.
