Candido Drive closed Wednesday!
My client is so happy with his new home that better fits he and his family's financial and logistical needs! When he came to me in October looking to sell his home, we developed a plan to make sure he was ready to buy immediately after. He had a few things to fix on his credit, and with the help of my lender's connections to Chase Bank, she was able to facilitate the removal of some late payments which boosted his score substantially, qualifying him for conventional financing. We were ready to list in December, it was and still has been a SELLER'S MARKET! We had multiple offers on his home and the home went for well over what I thought it would. YAY, now on to the hard part...
South Natomas, under $400,000 - Our search started in January. A total of FOUR TIMES I got him into contract since then. The first couple had been within our contingency period for tenant removal and seller replacement properties and we ultimately canceled for the benefit of my client. ❌
FINALLY, Candido drive came on the market and with the help of some connections we were able to secure this vacant, move in ready home. Something my client had been longing for while the time in his home had been exhausted and he had been living with family, something I prepared him that he may have had to do.
I want to start sharing the whole story and not just the end result that says "SOLD ANOTHER HOUSE." It's not always easy and it's not always pretty, but he had a goal in mind to downsize and get into a more affordable payment. I'm happy to say that we accomplished that goal together, I was not going to stop until we did! 🏠
