I am a third generation Sacramentan that grew up in the Land Park area of Sacramento. I decided to get my Real Estate license when my children were young. We moved to Elk Grove to ensure they were able to attend excellent schools. I sold the first subdivision ever built in the Laguna Creek area of Elk Grove; which is where my business took off. My children are now grown and are also very successful in the Real Estate business. I joined the Sacramento Association of Realtors in 1980, and was honored to serve on the Board of Directors, and eventually became President in 2007. I have a passion for Professionalism and courtesy to every client I represent. I pride myself in being a very straight forward and clear communicator. My "team" and I work very diligently to ensure there are no glitches in our contract, disclosures, and closing documents.
