Terri Maino-Lyon Real Estate

Terri Maino-Lyon Real Estate In 1987, my husband, David, my daughter, April and I moved to Elk Grove from Massachusetts. On the plane back home we decided to sell our home and move here.

We were in search of a change of climate and go from the 90's with very high humidity in the summer and the minus 20's in the winter to a much more accommodating summertime 90's with LOW humidity and wintertime 40's. Never thinking to move to California, we had visited my Uncle the previous winter and fell in love with the area. That was a BIG move for us, for anyone, for that matter. Our other th

ree daughters, Robin, Kelly, and Julie, had just moved out on there own before we decided to move. Since then, we now also have three Granddaughters and two Grandsons. We love the California lifestyle. We also love cruising the Caribbean and visiting Reno and Lake Tahoe. I got into real estate in 1989 and before coming to Lyon Real Estate, at one point for a few years, was part owner and Director in another Real Estate company, which taught me how the inner workings of a real estate company really function. I think of myself as a people person and love working to the best of my ability for my clients to find them the home of their dreams. I am also a hand holder which helps keep open a very important communication link with my clients. I am a born shopper and this profession gives me the chance to show people that I CAN find the home they are looking for. Since my start, I've gotten an abundance of Real Estate experienced contacts to which I can turn to for Banking, Escrows, Repairs, Pest Control, Home Warrantee and Inspectors among other things.
