Wanting that “country livin” but don’t know where to start?

First of all, we should all be a little more realistic and stop idealizing it. I mean, it’s okay to get excited about it, but stop thinking adding some chickens and a little extra space is going to solve all your problems.

Four things you should know before buying rural property:

Know how a septic system works and where it is located
Know a little about your well and the gallons per minute
What kind of fencing does the property currently have and what kind do you need
Figure out the utilities! Can you even get internet?

Of course, there are many other questions you should be asking, but these will start you off right!
