🔆Market Update!🔆 It’s been a whole minute…but I’m happy to be back with updated market numbers! 📊 Though they do not look like significant updates (which is actually a good thing) here’s Sacramento County September 2024 versus September 2025. If you follow my numbers regularly you won’t spot a big difference. Numbers every month of this year compare very closely with last year. Number of homes sold is 🆙 4.3% while the average sold price is down a very minimal .7%. Days on the market will be the biggest fluctuation…⬆️41.4%….things are taking a little longer to sell and buyers are really thinking things through before making decisions! I’ve definitely noticed a spike in homes going pending faster, and multiple offers on some properties. As always these stats are straight from Metrolist and only include homes up to 3999 sqft. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the market! 💬 Interested in a specific area or your home’s value please message, text, email or call anytime! 💕
