Most noteworthy, I have lived in the Sacramento area since 1990 where I also attended Sacramento State University. I moved to Elk Grove in 2003 where I live with my family. Buying or selling your home, as a result, can be a stressful and difficult time for many, because I care, I will work as hard as possible to make your real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I became a realtor in Elk Grove and surrounding areas in 1996. Since beginning my real estate career I have been involved and handled over 500 transactions. I worked for Coldwell Banker for 19 years before moving to Stanley Real Estate & Investments 7 years ago. Now, back with Coldwell Banker. As a result of this experience, I have gained the knowledge and experience to handle all your real estate need whether you are a seller or a buyer. In addition, I am also a member of the Master’s Club through SAR (Sacramento Association of Realtors®), (Which are in the top 5% of sales for Sacramento county), for the previous 7 years consecutively. I was a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society and Coldwell Banker’s Sterling Society. Additionally, I was also a member of the International President’s Club. Within that office of 135 agents, I have been in the top 20 since 2002.
