I've always loved reflecting on the past year... what's worked / what hasn't. What do I want to keep, what do I want to change.

My husband and I talk about what each of us want to focus on individually, and as a family. We've done this since we've been married & I find it to be such a good habit & highly encourage you (single or married... doesn't matter) to do the same!
