The Avivo Village project in St. Cloud, still under construction, but already telling an incredible story.

As part of my involvement with the Housing First Minnesota Foundation Project Committee, seeing this progress firsthand was a powerful reminder of why thoughtful design matters at every scale, not just in custom homes, but in every space where people will live and find stability.
