Start a “home file” BEFORE you ever need it. 📁

Keep receipts and records for things like:
🔨 Major repairs & renovations
🏠 Roof, HVAC & water heater replacements
🪟 New windows or doors
⚡ Electrical or plumbing updates
🧾 Warranties & service records
📋 Permits for completed work

Why does it matter?

When it’s time to sell, being able to show buyers how your home has been maintained and improved can help answer questions, build confidence, and make the selling process a whole lot smoother.

You may not be thinking about selling today—but taking care of the little things now can make a BIG difference later. 🤍

It’s always such an honor to be a part of recognizing and giving back to the amazing teachers and school staff who pour so much time, love, and dedication into our kids every single day. They deserve to be celebrated! 🫶

Then I’m off to a listing appointment 🏡🔑 — always exciting helping someone take that next step!
