Lawn Mower/General Labor for Mowing Crew
Overview
R. Leach Property Maintenance is now hiring for mowing crew positions! We are a company that cares about our employees and promotes a team environment. We are looking for full-time team members who are hardworking, enjoy working in a team environment, and serve others well.
This opportunity has the possibility to advance with our company this winter season as snow plowing.
Job Duties:
• Provide weekly lawn care for commercial properties.
• Perform mowing, string trimming, leaf raking, shrub trimming, annual planting, mulching, porter services, w**ding, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and landscaping.
• Work a typical 40-hour week, although hours may vary by season
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Lawn mowing experience is preferred
• Must have a current driver’s license
• Be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Be comfortable spending 8+ hours a day outside in all weather conditions
• Have a good eye for detail
• Have a strong desire to serve customers well and build relationships
• Be able to operate machinery such as zero-turn mowers, walk behind mowers, w**d eaters, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Be on time, reliable, and have your own transportation
Benefits Include:
• Starting at $18 an hour
