Location: Tolson Center, 1320 Benham Ave.
School physicals will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Children should bring their school physical form. Physicals are first come, first served. Immunizations will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Children must bring their immunization cards. For lab services, a parent must accompany children under 18.
