Congrats to West Goshen Elementary School Teacher of the month Molly Metcalfe!!

Molly is continually engaging in a reflective cycle of teaching to meet the needs of each of her students. She observes student work carefully, considers how to adapt or modify the instruction, and then looks for evidence of impact. Molly does this for all parts of her day--whole group lessons, small group lessons, and individual work time. She does a wonderful job on balancing her focus on the needs of the group and of the individual.

Congrats to West Goshen Elementary School Teacher go the month Katie Hartzler!

Katie does an amazing job forming a relationship with all of her students. When she works with students she uses the strong relationship she has formed to provide meaningful feedback to her students. This helps all students in her room know they are valued and helps them work to give their best too. She also goes above and beyond to be a strong team lead. Her dedication helps students and staff succeed.
