For the past few months, our crew has been preparing Preserve II using single-engine Caterpillar scrapers to shape roads, build home sites, create proper drainage, and lay the foundation for what's ahead.

Before the dream homes and tree-lined streets, there's a lot of dirt to move—and we're proud to be building it from the ground up.
