September has been an especially wet one in Omaha. If the month finishes near its current rainfall total, it could mark the wettest September we’ve seen in a decade.

Building the roads and preparing each lot takes the right conditions to ensure the groundwork is done properly. It may mean a little patience now, but every road, lot, and detail is part of building a community designed to last.
