They say the whole page is based on my own personal vendetta and that these problems don’t exist. PLEASE SHARE! I will repost anonymously.

It has been a while since I’ve posted, so hey everyone! How has everyone been?
I was thinking that the majority of my issues I discuss are the problems I PERSONALLY have or have witnessed first hand.
That being said I figured o would give this a shot. If there’s anyone that is having new issues, continuous ones or even old stuff, that are/were being ignored by management, REACH OUT!! Give me your stories, photos, complaints. I can repost blocking your personal information so you maintain anonymity and it’s only my name out there.
If you haven’t noticed when I discuss any of my friend’s issues I never mention specifics (name addresses) but I get their story out there.
I am looking forward to working together to get this facility to treat everyone appropriately. Maybe force their hand and finally do what they’re supposed to, while highlighting the nonsense we have to cope with (totally devoid of compensation, of course) even if a lot of the problems maintenance have or cause are illegal and some affect their tenants’ health and lives. Like they really care anyway.
LETS MAKE A CHANGE PEOPLE!
You can not expect better if you do not DEMAND it first!

Also....What should be the next move? Suggestions?

A friend’s apartment covered in thE SAME BLACK MOLD. Tell me again how it’s a freak accident Lynnewood Gardens. They are afraid to put their name out there but clearly this problem is rampant and widespread. What are you people doing about it?!!!

This page must be doing something right. Lynnewood Gardens wouldn’t do anything until I did this. NOTHING. Scraping the bottom of the barrel fixing things in the worst shot out way I have ever seen. DONT BE A DOORMAT!! Take it to the higher authority. ✌🏽be your own advocate!

Sure let’s just dig a hole and put some rocks in it....THATS how you fix a WALL that has holes that leaks water....I guess I missed that lesson in kindergarten while I was playing with play doh or making pottery. Cut a hole at the bottom to fix the hole on the side.....it makes all the sense on the planet. 🤦🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️ Im actually astounded with the level of stupidity

Posted a new video of the latest BS. I’m going to tag as many of you as I remember so you can see this absurdity. I didn’t realize that digging a hole miraculously stops the cement wall from having holes and leaking everywhere.
