Doerr Properties not only offers a beautiful home but a safe place to live. Our 65 rental properties are clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We offer rental homes at three convenient locations:

Easy Street, Elkins 2 and 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath patio homes $925 a month + utilities

Easy Street, Buckhannon

3 bedroom, 2 full-bath patio homes $1250 a month + utilities

EdgeWater Estates, Elkins 2 bedroom, 2 full-bath patio homes $1150 + utilities 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath patio homes $1250 + utilities 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath, 1 half-bath town homes $995 + utilities

All of our properties provide a one or two stall garage and a driveway with room for 2+ vehicles. All properties have gas heat, central air-conditioning, and a dishwasher and a refrigerator. We also provide complete landscaping, mowing, and snow plowing. If the tenant has a dog, we must require an additional security deposit of $925 - $1250. We have a zero tolerance policy if pets become an issue for other tenants.
