That’s what it will be like if you are waiting for interest rates to drop.
Don’t get me wrong, lower rates are nice but they come with some downsides. Overall prices will drive 🆙 as sellers will have multiple and competing offers in some cases.
“What if I’m selling?”That sounds like good news if you’re thinking about selling, right? Maybe. But most folks selling will also need to buy and in many cases they are trying to upgrade to something bigger which will amplify the stress and prices even more.
So what’s the solution?
Let’s talk about what your big picture goals are and figure out a strategy that suits your needs. It MIGHT be to do the opposite of everyone else and take advantage of a more normal market rather than waiting for the “Black Friday scramble” if/when rates drop significantly.
