One thing Mike and I have learned over the years is that real estate is rarely just about the house.

Sometimes people are upsizing because life is busy and the house feels too small. Sometimes they’re becoming empty nesters and ready for less maintenance. Sometimes they’re relocating, building, downsizing, or just ready for a change.

Every situation is different, which is honestly one of the reasons we still enjoy doing this so much.

We’ve met a lot of great people through real estate over the years and we’re thankful that so many continue to trust us, refer us, and reach out when they need help.

We know how lucky we are to still have both of our moms with us!

Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand how much “home” and family are connected. Some of our favorite memories, traditions, and holidays all happened around the homes we grew up in.

Wishing all of the moms, grandmas, stepmoms, bonus moms, and mother figures out there a very Happy Mother’s Day this weekend. ❤️

Rates are around 6.38%, buyers are slowly coming back, and we’re seeing more activity again… even multiple offers on some townhomes and well-priced homes.

It’s not crazy, but it’s definitely starting to move.
