The seller closed on this property this week. A few years back he bought this property, cleaned it up, paid for perc tests to be sure it could be subdivided. He worked for several years on it, paying taxes, maintenance on the property, like clean up and grass cutting. The end result, he made a sound investment, cared for it and ultimately, it paid off very well. Are you considering investing in real estate? If so, give me a call. The hardest part of selling real estate is when it is over and you have to say so long. I enjoyed getting to know you. I wish you the very best in your new location. This review was from a seller who was amazing to work with:
I want to explain my journey of the sale of my property at 2 Autumn Woods Drive in Elkton MD with Sheila Tome. We left this property on Valentines Day, Feb 14, 2026. Sheila had the property prepped and ready to show 1 week later. By the end of March and 1 open house she found me a buyer. It was the PERFECT buyer for a very large house that my husband and I never used to capacity. A young family of 5 that loved everything about the property and appreciated the value this property brought to their family in large part due to the experienced and professional tutelage from Sheila. For all intensive purposes at that point in time, Sheila was on her own as we were in a different state. I never had a worry because Sheila treated my property like it was her own. Through the steady open lines of communication I was made aware of everything that was needed and if I couldn't get to it, Sheila was there. To add some complexity to the mix, my buyer assumed my mortgage, and again Sheila "held both our hands" to navigate all the challenges that brought. There was never a time I did not know exactly where everything was and that Sheila had it well underhand. So, from list to close, with an assumption and a frightened buyers-market (due to the political landscape) we were done in 3 months and some change! I never returned to MD for any of it....ALL SHEILA!
So, if you are looking for an experienced professional, with mad skills, patience and significant insight into people's behavior, she is your girl! You would be very lucky to have her...we certainly were.
