Today, we celebrate Bob Jessey. ❤️

Bob taught my girls and the Chazy Lake Gang how to waterski—but what he really taught them went far beyond getting up on skis.

He gave them the courage to try. To challenge themselves. To move from two skis to slalom, to barefooting, to water pyramids…and to believe they could do things that once seemed a little scary or impossible.

But maybe the greatest gift was everything that came along with those days on the water—the laughter, the memories, and the kind of family friendships that last a lifetime.

Those summers helped shape my girls and those memories will forever be woven into our life on the lake.

Today, the lake was like glass.

It somehow felt fitting…peaceful, beautiful, and still.

In honor of you, Bob. Thank you for the lessons, the courage, the memories, and the friendships that have lasted through the years.

Some people leave ripples that never really disappear.
