Ending 2025 with a bang! The last quarter of 2025 was maybe my busiest quarter of the year, but also the most rewarding.

🗓️ October saw the sale of 171 Cherry Hill Dr, this listing challenged me in ways no other sale has. Not only was this the longest I had a listing sit, but we dealt with multiple disappointing moments throughout our time on market. I had the best sellers though, and we were determined! My wonderful teammate Selena Salmon brought the sweetest buyers who absolutely love the home, and all turned out for the best!

🗓️ November brought the sale of 3350 Hungry Junction Rd, and these sellers were repeat customers who were some of my first clients when I started out, so it was a great full-circle moment. This sale involved a lot of moving parts, but my co-listing agent Gina Styler Real Estate Owner Broker and I got it done for our clients!

🗓️ November and December brought the sale of 2 new construction homes - something that I’ve become very familiar with over the last few years!
