Hey Ellensburg locals, the BLM is looking for your feedback on their newly acquired land in the river canyon south of town. If you recreate in the canyon, now is your time to voice your opinion.

The Bureau of Land Management wants to hear from you about management in the Yakima River Canyon including current and future BLM facilities, developed sites and underdeveloped areas, non-motorized use, habitat conservation, and other recreational opportunities that you are interested in.

Listening sessions provide the public an opportunity to submit
feedback and learn more about BLM management in the Yakima
River Canyon from staff subject matter experts. To accommodate
a range of interests, the BLM has scheduled open house style listening sessions which are listed below. The public is encouraged to stop by anytime during these hours. Spanish translation will be provided at all listening sessions.
