Today was a full one… the kind of day that reminds me how much I love what I get to do 😊

Between meeting with a client and hosting an open house, I snuck in a quick visit with my stager. She’s been working her magic on a couple homes I’ll be bringing to the market soon, and wow… it never gets old seeing a space come to life like that.

Staging really does make a difference, especially right now. There’s more competition out there, and buyers have options. The homes that stand out are the ones that feel inviting, clean, and easy to picture yourself in.

It’s not about making a home look “perfect.” It’s about helping buyers FEEL something the moment they walk in.

Grateful for talented people on my team who help make that happen ✨

There’s just something fun about an Amazon package showing up at your door 📦… but when it’s two books inside, it feels like a little bonus win 🙌

I had the chance to meet him at a RE/MAX conference last year, and his book Soundtracks genuinely changed the way I think. This one was a preorder, and I’ve been looking forward to it.

• The Awe of God by
This one feels a little nostalgic. I read his books years ago, and after hearing him talk about this on a podcast, I knew I wanted to dive back in. The message around the fear of God sounds so powerful.

A little Dallas adventure today for a Jazzercise masterclass… and WOW was it good! 🔥💪

An hour of serious sweat, lots of weights, and one of those classes that reminds you exactly why you fell in love with Jazzercise in the first place. Hard? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.

The highlight was getting to meet the Jazzercise CEO and her daughter and take class with them. Such a fun experience and such a great reminder of how strong this program and community really is. ❤️

My legs may not forgive me tomorrow… but my love for Jazzercise is fully rekindled. 💃✨

I’m so excited to get back home and start bringing some of what I learned in this masterclass to our Ellensburg classes. It’s going to be FUN. 💥 But FIRST I gotta get to Cisco to hug my grandbabies tomorrow! Photos incoming 💕

Ellensburg Christian School Auction ♥️

Last night was something special. Seeing our community come together to support Christian education in our valley was such a gift.

ECS was a big part of our family’s story for so many years, and we’re truly grateful for the way they poured into our kids. Being able to give back now feels full circle. So thankful to be part of this community. 💛

Today was one of those days that reminded me why I love what I do 💛

A dear friend’s daughter (Annabelle Avey) needed a job shadow as a graduation requirement, and I was lucky enough to spend the day with this spunky, smart gal. She got a real look at what my days are like, including a few phone calls that interrupted us 📞😅

She came along while we prepped a house for photos, met my photographer, and asked really thoughtful questions about being a real estate broker. She was professional, curious, and a total joy to have with me 🏡✨

It was such a good reminder of how important it is for young people to get out and experience different jobs. You don’t really know what you like until you see it in real life.

When I was a kid, I watched Who’s the Boss and wanted so badly to be Angela Bower 😂 That idea led me to get a degree in Advertising.

Pro tip: TV shows are not the best way to choose a career 😉
Trying things in real life is much better.

Students, go shadow people. Ask questions. See what excites you.

All my kids, the grandbabies, snow, family, hot cocoa, amazing cinnamon rolls made by Abbie Lee, the most comfy family PJs, the warmst coat I’ve ever worn from my hubby…

The time has flown by so fast, but I am so thankful for this time with the whole family! 🎄🎁
