Welcome home! Congratulations to my son Aj Emilien on the closing of his custom built home. Aj is not a client, he is family. Oh he will correct me if I said anything different. What an awesome experience it was to provide my with professional REALTOR®️services.
We put two offers in on homes that did not result in a contract. Aj even told me was going to wait. I explained to him, do not be discouraged. This is a seller’s market, the right opportunity will reveal itself. He went and secured a 7 figure mortgage pre-approval and we went back to the market. He found this third house that was not on the market yet. Just a sign in the yard. We viewed it, but he wanted to make some changes. We made an above asking price offer and we negotiated a contract in one day. The third time was a charm.
