Bastin Inspection Services now offers comprehensive septic and sewer line scope services. Given that property owners are responsible for the underground sewer line extending from the municipal connection to their residence, evaluating its condition is essential. Notably, approximately 70 to 75 percent of Indiana's soil is classified as severe for conventional septic systems, and around 25 percent of individual septic systems in the state are malfunctioning, posing environmental and health risks. Hello friends! Most of you know that I do what I can to give back to my community. One of the best non profits in this town that truly makes a difference was devastated by the tornadoes that came through Friday last week. People & Animal Learning Services (PALS) took a direct hit and lost all of their buildings. I wanted to do what I can to aid in their recovery so for the rest of 2025, my business will donate 10% of all home inspections to PALS.
