$18! What a deal…Beryl came to me with a goal, to own a home by the end of the year. We talked about what it takes to buy a home, what programs can be used, and we put a plan in place. She got pre-approved, we started shopping, and we were able to negotiate a deal for her that is almost unheard of. Why $18? That is all the money she had to bring to closing to buy her home! I am so happy we were able to make her dreams come true and I hope she can make many memories in her new home!

This is not what I set out to do!
This is a result. I shifted my focus from prioritizing my personal goals to prioritizing the people that I am blessed to work with and ensuring they hit their goals. It was very simple, but it took dedication and discipline. Not to mention the sacrifices my family has made and I have made being a Husband, and a new Dad.
I am so thankful for this recognition and very humbled by this as I was not expecting it, but it is great to see that I am making a positive impact along the way! I don’t know who to give credit to for this quote but it helps me in the day to day, “What a privilege to be overwhelmed by the growth you’ve dreamed of”

It’s always more than just a house! Patrick is a Veteran first time home buyer that was looking for guidance and had a priority to be in a home by a certain day.

That final day was today. We met a few months ago and I knew what he needed to achieve from the start. Come full circle after some unsuccessful offers we starting our journey working together.

“Finding the house is the hardest part” is what I always say! After preparing a strategic offer that fit exactly what the seller needed, we won! The rest of the process went smoothly and we made it to closing on the final day. His family is ready to move in and start making new memories. This is what keeps me doing what I do!

This one hit home way more than ever. Congrats fam! I grew up riding down this street on scooters, bikes, skateboards, you name it. If it had wheels and the sun ☀️ was out we were out there. Blood was shed, teeth were chipped, and good times were had on this street. Fast forward ~20 years and I’m helping you both buy your dream family home in less than 3 weeks time. Hopefully your kids can make the same great memories with their friends & family on this street in the many years to come! 🏡🥂
