When we started planning this year’s KG Fest, we knew we wanted a venue that felt just as special as the people coming to it. From the second you pull onto the property, you realize Linganore is so much more than a winery.

Family-owned, full of charm, and nestled right in the heart of New Market, it’s one of those places that reminds you just how beautiful Maryland really is.

We spent a lot of time tasting, planning, and making sure we picked a lineup of wines that everyone will love.
(Tough job… but someone had to do it. 😉)

From finding their dream home, going under contract in 24 hours (while they were at a wedding), listing their townhome & selling it, Simon and Vivienne have been on one wild ride with us😅
When I meet many clients I speak about how much work we do behind the scenes so the process is smooth for our clients.
Their sale was bumpy.
For many reasons and all out of our control - unfortunately.
The lender said he's never received this many calls in a transaction. I let him know I'll stop when he gets the deal to settlement.

Our relentless push was because we care. We knew they wanted to get their family settled, we knew Viv has a big exam coming up for her masters (👑👑).
We work hard so you guys just see the highlights.

We had the chance to try Saltwater Kitchen & Sushi the other week....
and let's just say that was some of the best sushi we've ever had!

Mount Airy just got even more charming & delicious!

Our Candice Dr property was less than a mile away, so it was the perfect lunch!

But imagine your date night, graduation parties, and celebrations here because from the rainbow roll to the Chesapeake bay roll and the crisp Sauvignon Blanc - you're going to want to change your zipcode!
