At the end of this Saturday's 5th Annual A Heflin Homes Client Appreciation Fall Festival at , a group of us climbed onto a tractor and took a ride to the pumpkin patch. 🎃

This picture is just a fraction of the beautiful people that I got to catch up with and hug at the event.
Some of my friends had already left the festival, some decided to skip the pumpkin patch for more time at the other 65+ attractions, half of the tractor riders got cut out of this picture (sorry! 😜), and a few hadn't yet made it to the tractor when I took this selfie.

This picture is one of the only ones that I took all day, because the amazing was catching all the wonderful moments of the event for us so I didn't even look at my phone all morning. 🥰

But, I just have to share because this picture brings me SO much joy. I've never had a picture that captures a group of my different clients all together. Several of these people have never met eachother & the only thing connecting them, is that they trusted in ME to look out for their best interests during their Real Estate journey. I hold each of these people, and their stories, in a special place in my heart and seeing them all in one place, sitting together, laughing & interacting with eachother just fills my cup up SO SO SO DANG MUCH.

To the friends that came, thank you. I needed this morning with you in ways that you may not ever fully understand.
To the friends that missed this year, I can't wait to see your faces at this event next year.

And to ALL of you that have trusted in me for yourselves or your loved ones over the past 12 years... Thank you, I love you, I appreciate you, and, I promise to keep making you as proud as you make me.

What is the strangest thing that keep in your car at all times?

For me - Q-Tips.

The older I get the more I feel the random urge to stick a q-tip real deep down these ear holes 🤣🫣

Yeah, I know, I know, they are supposed to be for everything EXCEPT for cleaning ears... but I'm an elder millennium and we grew up on the q-tip ear train.

(Get it, instead of Choo-Choo... I said Que-Que because I'm talking about Q-tips 🤣)

Awhile back I was at my moms house and needed a good ear itching 😅😅 She packed up a big ole bag of Q-Tips and since then I've kept them in my driver's side door.... much to the confusion & slight disgust of my husband 😜

This morning as I emptied my car trash can & refreshed my bag of little cotton tipped besties, I started wondering...

Who else has a strange little car stash, what is it & why?

And if you're wondering "What the heck does this have to do with real estate, ya weirdo?"

Well, directly? Nothing at all.

Indirectly? I've built this business on repeat clients & referral clients, and with me, what you see is what you get. Every process in real estate can be stressful at times, but, if you "Click" with the expert standing in your corner... the whole thing can be a heck of a lot more fun.
So, showing up on my business socials as my authentic & slightly weirdo self is intentional & just as important to me as this little bag of Q-Tips in my door. 😘💙

When I meet new clients I tell them about the influence that my Granddad had on how I run my business & how the little birds he loved, hummingbirds, always seem to show up for my clients as little signs throughout our time together and when they find their house.

After a first meeting this morning, I realized that there was a hummingbird on the wall & they saw a hummingbird painting outside of the parking garage.
