My experience working with Jay Rosenthal as my real estate agent was OUTSTANDING!
Mr. Jay Rosenthal is the best Real Estate Agent in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area! He made the process selling a house simple and easy to understand for me and I truly appreciated his patience and expertise. His keen insight on selling a house was extremely valuable to me and I know I could not have sold my house without Jay’s guidance and expertise. Jay is a man of action and get things done is a timely matter! I could not believe how fast he had a buyer for my house within 12 days from date the house went on the market. I fired my first agent due to poor performance during preparation to putting the house on the market. Jay was referred to me by a very close and trusted family friend. She told the truth; Jay WILL sell your house without a doubt in a timely matter. I was under a lot of stress and pressure to sell my house and go to settlement within 45 days due to me relocating to Germany for my new job. Once I selected Jay (after interviewing three agents), he wasted no time in putting the “for sale coming soon sign” in the yard, scheduled a stager and photographer, developed the most beautiful brochure with pictures and information about house, and hosted an “open house” while I was out of town. Jay has the following skills set as an OUTSTANDING real estate agent: Professionalism, market knowledge, selling skills, negotiating skills, integrity, trustworthy, loyalty and dedication, effective communication, partnership with his client, expert on how to sell a house, and detail oriented (not afraid to challenge what’s in a document from the buyer’s agent and settlement documents). I cannot say enough good things about Jay. Jay is knowledgeable and professional. He is attentive--has a good listening ear, returns emails and phone calls quickly, gives advice and recommendations but not in a pushy way. Jay went the extra mile when it came to doing things to get our house sold. Thanks to his extra mile efforts, our house went under contract by the end of the first week it was listed. Jay is an excellent realtor. I highly recommend him.

I always felt Jay was looking out for my best interests. He pointed out potential issues when necessary, but was not in the least pushing his agenda. I truly felt he wanted me to be happy with the home buying and selling. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
