From 1994 through 2009, I was a top producing Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer for a mid-size commercial bank, originating loans on a nationwide basis for income producing properties, including new construction, repositioning and rehab, and permanent financing for both acquisition and refinance with loan sizes ranging from $500,000 to $30 Million. As a result of the changes and challenges in th

e real estate finance industry, I found myself in a position to reconsider my career path. In early 2010, I made the decision to take the necessary steps to obtain my Maryland Real Estate Salesperson’s license. During the spring months, I researched several national real estate companies and met with brokers and office managers representing the companies I considered to determine where the fit would be best to begin my new career. I started with Weichert Realtors – New Colony and after 5 years there, made a switch to Long and Foster Real Estate in Columbia, Maryland. As a REALTOR with Long and Foster, I have access to the latest in marketing tools and transaction management. The collaborative environment coupled with the name recognition and outstanding reputation of the company allows me to offer the utmost in customer service, both as a listing agent and as a buyer’s agent. My clients benefit from cutting edge technology and a strong support network working with me from start to finish on every transaction. Another benefit of my switch to Long and Foster has been the opportunity to teach classes to new agents as well as agents who are looking to take their careers to the next level. The recently redeveloped training program at Long and Foster embodies all of the fundamentals I use daily to provide my clients with the outstanding customer service and expertise they so deserve. Going forward, I remain focused on the continued growth of my successful and rewarding career as a Realtor.
