I recently spoke with another teacher who had never heard about this program, so I want to make sure others know!

• Must be purchasing the home as your primary residence
• First-time Howard County homebuyers may receive a full exemption from the County transfer tax
• Previous Howard County homebuyers may qualify for a reduced County transfer tax rate of 0.7%
• Available to eligible Howard County public school teachers, police officers, deputy sheriffs, and fire and rescue members
• You must occupy the property as your primary residence for at least three years and meet the program’s employment requirements

Every sale and every closing is important and special—but this one deserves a little extra celebration.

After 12 years in real estate, I’m incredibly proud to share that I just closed the biggest sale of my career: $2.71 million in Potomac! 🏡🎉

It’s a truly beautiful home that now belongs to an awesome family, and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to support them throughout the entire process.

I don’t normally share many statistics online, but this is one milestone I feel like shouting from the mountaintop!

My Howard County Public Schools Color Calendars are ready! These magnetic calendars are perfect for the fridge and include the color-coded school days, along with holidays, early dismissals, and other important HCPSS dates—all in one easy-to-read format.
