I am a small business and no matter what the weather people want to buy and sell houses. Today, in the pouring rain on the way home from showing houses, I thought I would patronize one of our local establishments in old Ellicott city. After the floods people tend to not really want to come down here when it’s raining so I thought they could use a little business at Little Market Cafe! The service was with a smile and the cappuccino is the best around!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the crust off each slice of bread so the pieces are square. Brush each square with the olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake them for about 3 to 5 minutes or until they are golden brown on the edges.
