This past Monday I was putting out For Sale signs on a couple of new listings. I went in the evening hours with the intention of doing a slow cruising through the very large community, and looking for bear(s). Didn't see any. I did get some incredible sunset shots on the way out, though.

JUST CLOSED!!! Lot 272 Andes Ridge in Falling Waters. Actually, this was two weeks ago (playing catch up). Kerry Bernard with ReMax came out of the blue with buyers who came, saw, and offered. I loved this lot because you can see downtown Atlanta from it. Much thanks to Wilson Pruitt for a smooth closing.

I have been doing a terrible job being a real estate agent on Facebook. Time to play a little catch up....

JUST CLOSED!!! A sweet piece of land in Big Canoe! This one was an adventure. Lots of hoops to jump through, and it took a month and a half, but we got it done. My sellers and the buyers displayed much patience along the way. The staff at Brett Jones office showed out with this transaction. Colleen Hession Bohm, I'm talking about you and Marcy! And I must say Thank You to Tracy Turner with Keller Williams for being a calm voice, when so often I wanted to scream.
