The Screened enclosed porch is magnificent and has a panoramic views of the woods and the wildlife that Coosawattee River Resort is famous for. This site is on a road that is not a busy thoroughfare and thus lightly used. This also situated in a great neighborhood that has very nice manicured lots with good neighbors. Also just a minute walk to the Bath House that is very convenient .. especially when you have guests. There are no erosion or flooding problems in this street or this lot.
