This 2BR, 1½-bath townhouse has approximately 1,000 square feet on two levels, with luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout.

Appliances include refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, and new washer and dryer.

Water, sewer, and weekly garbage service are included.

Monthly rent is $1,535, with a $1,000 security deposit.

There’s a difference in communities.

At Austin Place Apartments, weekly garbage service means more than merely throwing your trash into a dumpster half a mile from your door. Our staff collects household garbage directly from the trash cans at each apartment.

Water and sewer are included in the monthly rent, too.

A two-bedroom, 1½-bath townhouse is available now. The apartment offers approximately 1,000 square feet of living space on two levels.

The downstairs includes a living room, kitchen and dining area, private laundry room with full-size washer and dryer connections, and a half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Clean, easy-to-maintain luxury vinyl tile flooring runs throughout the apartment. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and stove.

Monthly rent is $1,535, with a $1,000 security deposit.

Austin Place is located approximately three miles from downtown Ellijay in a quiet, pastoral setting.

We look for a strong credit history, sufficient verifiable household income to comfortably meet the rental obligation, and an acceptable criminal background. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
