This young fellow has a point. Don't get your hopes & dreams on a $200,000 perfect home & land package...only to sit down with a Mortgage Lender & because we are not Lenders, maybe we let a car payment slide for a few days past the due date. oh no, I can only afford
a home for $99,000....I can't find anything on market for that price???
