From Denver to Ellinwood

Denwood Homes, LLC was established in 2005 after my husband and I moved from Denver, Colorado back to our hometown of Ellinwood, Kansas. It was always a dream of his to own rental properties and to flip houses. Looking back, we resembled an early, far less glamorous and more raw version of the house flipping reality TV stars.

Our marriage survived after moving our family (which includes 3 children) several times as we renovated one house and moved into another...and then another.

We have enjoyed this endeavor and have met a lot of good people along the way. We’ve maintained many rental houses over the years and continue to provide simple, quality homes for our tenants at fair prices.
