Real estate is so much more than what’s seen on the surface —it can be life changing!! This one was so frickin special...
Anytime we went to go see a home it really provided a breath of fresh air. Every time, I would get to hear more of her story and the obstacles she has overcome. Glory to God. She had her doubts about homeownership.. But today? She’s a homeowner!!!
She walked out of that closing with keys to a beautiful new home, a home warranty, a $2,000 check in her hand, and nothing due at closing. Her monthly mortgage? About the same as what she was paying in rent.

Recently, I had the honor of helping the Schweppes navigate a major chapter in their lives: selling the home they had cherished for over 30 years and buying their forever home. It was a journey filled with laughs, challenges, and ultimately, triumphs.
