120± Acres | Pike County, MO | $899,000

Opportunity in the heart of Missouri's capital city. 2009 St. Marys Blvd is a 6,000± SF commercial office building on 0.65± acres in Jefferson City, selling at auction through Trophy Properties and Auction.

Built in 1990, this single-level brick building was made to work. Roughly 25 on-site and street parking spaces serve staff, clients, and visitors, the roof is only six to seven years old, and fiber internet, city sewer, and two ADA-compliant restrooms are already in place. There is little to do here but move in and open the doors.

Zoned C-2 General Commercial, the property carries the flexibility to fit an owner-user, an investor, a professional office, or a service business, subject to applicable local regulations. A visible St. Marys Boulevard address, a level lot, and ample parking make it a genuine turnkey option for a company ready to own its space instead of lease it. Well-positioned commercial buildings in Jefferson City rarely reach the open market, and this one is headed to auction.

Bidding concludes Wednesday, October 28 at 10am. Review the terms, tour the building, and register to bid at Trophy Auction.

This was Jason Chinn and his daughter last season, and that grin tells you everything about why we do this.

She put in the cold mornings and made it count on a buck a lot of grown hunters would be glad to tag. There is nothing like watching your kid get it done on their own, and a season like that one is what turns a young hunter into a lifelong one.

Early youth saeson is closer than you think. If you have got a young hunter in your life, be sure to get them in the field. Take the extra time to get them out there and let them call the shots. That is the whole thing.

The next generation of folks who care about this land starts with a kid in an orange vest and somebody willing to take them.

One night every November, McDingerz in Eolia turns into about the best deer camp you could ask for. Bucks coming through the door, everybody talking over each other, the whole place lively just the way you'd want it to be.

That is DeerFest. Last year folks of all ages packed in, swapped stories, put their best deer up for everybody to see, and we raised a good bit for local FFA chapters in the middle of it. It is one of the nights we look forward to most, and it is coming up quick.

DeerFest 2026 is set for this November. Same bar, same bragging rights on the line, same cause worth showing up for. Might be time to start thinking about which buck you want to drag through that door.

We will have more details to come. In the meantime, go get ready to hunt.
