REMINDER 🚨

It’s that time again. As costs rise there are many families that need assistance with back to school supplies STATE WIDE!! If you’d like to donate (it can be one notebook- doesn’t have to be a huge donation) feel free to drop off at our Ellsworth or Bangor locations. Myself along with the other members of our Realty of Maine Cares Committee will be sorting, organizing and preparing these materials for delivery in early August!!!

📊 Ellsworth Market Minute | June 2026

The Ellsworth real estate market continues to favor sellers, but inventory is slowly improving. The median sold price climbed to $459,000, up 15.6% from last month, while homes sold for an impressive 99.6% of asking price. Properties spent a median of 49 days on the market, and months of inventory increased to 4.06, giving buyers a few more options while keeping sellers in a strong position. New pending listings also saw a significant jump, signaling continued buyer demand despite higher prices. Overall, well-priced homes are still attracting serious buyers, making this an excellent time to buy or sell with the right strategy.

Today was such a special day. 3 closings for three amazing clients.

1. Goose Cove was on the market 6 days with multiple offers. A hard chapter for the sellers to close but to the Mitchell Family- Thank you for allowing me to guide you through the process. It was truly my pleasure.

2. Knox Kenney Rd- assisted a long time friend and her family secure land abutting their existing home. Thank you for reaching out and asking me to guide you.💕.

3. Point Road- Brought an amazing lady back to Maine after years away and she is already an amazing addition to the neighborhood and I cannot wait to see what you do to make this house a home!!

On top of my amazing clients I also need to thank Bangor Team-Treworgy & Baldacci Real Estate Closing Services for always going above and beyond in some transactions going WAY ABOVE to make things happen.

Not every part of real estate happens in front of a camera.

While getting a property ready to hit the market, I discovered a deed issue that needs to be resolved before we can move forward. It may delay the listing for a short time, but that’s exactly why I do the work behind the scenes.

I’m already working with a real estate attorney to get everything corrected so my client is protected and the future sale can move forward smoothly and with confidence.
