Our primary business focus will be vacation property management as our location in Ellsworth has a high travel demand as well as a growing inventory of vacation rental properties.

Salt Air Properties is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance across our growing portfolio of homes.

This role will:

• Lead and support our maintenance team
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules
• Respond to guest-related issues quickly and professionally
• Coordinate vendors and larger repair projects
• Work with our leadership team to ensure coordination between departments

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, solutions-focused, and confident completing residential maintenance tasks.

This is a leadership opportunity within a fast-growing, systems-driven company that values accountability, professionalism, and strong team culture. This seasonal position offers a May through October schedule with potential year round employment available.
