Hi there!

Things are changing almost too fast for us to keep up with. After serious consideration, and in talking with officials in the health care and emergency services field, we have decided it is in the best interest for everyone, that we temporarily close the PH IV dining room to outside organizations consistent with the recommendations of the CDC.



Effective immediately we will be closing the dining room through April 6th. We will continue to reassess this decision based on the updated information of the CDC and other professionals. We will keep you updated with any changes and if we decide to remain closed for any longer period of time. Keep your fingers crossed for a minimum disruption.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Meadow View Apartments, an 86-unit housing project for the elderly and disabled, in Ellsworth, is in need of a Maintenance Technician to assist in the efficient mechanical operation of the multi-building complex.
The Maintenance Tech shall be skilled in the use of hand and power tools; with a good working knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical circuitry, and plumbing. This person should also be skilled in the use and maintenance of all power equipment; have a working knowledge of lawn care and snow removal equipment; and, be able to lift 50 pounds.
The Maintenance Tech should possess good communication skills, and be comfortable working with Tenants and fellow staff members. This position is a 40-hour work week (Mon – Fri), and will require occasional overtime, especially during winter months and in cases of emergency. The successful Candidate must undergo a complete physical exam (including drug testing), as well as a routine criminal background check. The Meadow View property is a smoke-free campus.
