Consistently a top producer, with an eye for intuitively connecting buyers and sellers, in my 40+ years' in this profession, I take every transaction as a unique experience which is a part of what I love about being a real estate professional. I love the water, the mountains - all the outdoor recreational opportunities - the beauty, and the solitude. I feel so grateful for being able to combine my love for the outdoors and my knowledge of this business to have the best of both worlds. If feel that the important things in life are humor and having a positive outlook. These traits enable me to keep a steady hand in stressful real estate transactions and to serve clients to the best of my ability. As Sales Director of the Ellsworth Branch of the Better Homes and Gardens, The Masiello Group, I take pride in knowing that the 10 full-time agents here provide over 200 collective years of experience in the real estate business and are also committed to our chosen profession. This provides a balanced support team to assist in mentoring new agents and provides a secure foundation on which to grow our business. My vision is to maintain our sense of camaraderie, professional ethics, and a positive outlook while building our team and sphere of influence in the future.
