After growing up at Grand Rapids Christian schools (Michigan), Jake decided to start his real estate career while attending Grand Valley State University and has been growing ever since. Jake is known for being available to his client’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with few exceptions. rong negotiation skills helping him formulate and execute deals that are mutually beneficial to buyers and sellers alike. He is a Realtor in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, and has experience in all aspects of the industry including condominium properties, foreclosure properties for Fannie Mae, and of course traditional single family and multi-family home sales. He can answer questions about renovations and new construction, too, from his experience building and servicing custom executive homes. Jake’s background in Hospitality from Grand Valley State University left him with the appetite to meet new clients every day and savor the relationships he develops with them while helping them transition into the next chapter of their lives. When Jake is not working in real estate he is an airline pilot and a lover of the outdoors no matter the season. Over the summer you’ll find him out flying, sailing, playing tennis or golfing with family and friends, or lounging by the pool. Jake is a Fellow of the Cook Leadership Academy, and has volunteered with the American Diabetes Association’s Father of the Year Awards.
