Fall is upon us, and we're proud to recognize Dustin Hess as our newest Rockstar of the Month!
From leading contract training for his team, to stepping up for his first community launch, Dustin has embraced every opportunity to make an impact. He secured seven sales in his first week, and 11 of his community's 15 sales within the first 30 days.
After working toward the opportunity to lead a community launch, Dustin was ready to prove himself, putting in long hours, working through a packed appointment schedule, and making the most of every opportunity. For Dustin, much of that drive comes from his family. As a husband and father of two, providing for them and building a strong future together is at the center of everything he does. "My family is my why," said Dustin. "I want to make sure I can provide for them and give them opportunities I didn't have growing up."
After moving back home to Pennsylvania, Dustin was ready for a new chapter and found greater balance and fulfillment at New Home Star. Today, that fulfillment comes from helping buyers through one of life's biggest milestones while also mentoring others as they grow in their own careers. "Being able to help other people achieve more than they thought they could is incredibly rewarding," said Dustin. “I’m proud to tell people this is what I get to do for a living."
